Benita is the founder of LBC and spearheads her team in providing a full range of company secretarial, tax, advisory and business management services. Since the formation of LBC in year 2010, the company has been growing steadfastly and is currently serving a diverse portfolio of clients. Benita has also founded a Chartered Accountants firm under the name BW & Co. (NF1237), a registered firm under MIA in the year 2013 which provides accounting services.

Prior to the setting up of LBC, Benita was a senior associate in one of the top audit firms in Malaysia from the year 2004 to 2008. Her auditing portfolio covers a wide spectrum of industries including plantation, construction, trading, timber, hospitality, and tourism. In between the period of her service in this audit firm, Benita was elevated to the department of Transaction Advisory Services whereby her scope of work extended to performing financial due diligence, financial projections, agreed upon procedures assignments and feasibility studies on the clients.
Benita’s vast experience also comes with her serving as a Finance and Administration Manager for a group of companies from the year 2008 to 2010 whereby she reported directly to the Managing Director of the group. Her experience in the commercial industry has contributed to her value in understanding her clients’ needs and values.
