LBC provides a full range of company secretarial services, tax services, advisory services and business management services, which include but not limited to the setting up of sole proprietorships, private limited companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships (“LLP”), preparation of documents for submission to the Registrar of Companies, preparation of company constitutions and resolution, sale of shelf companies, and other related services not specifically mentioned herein.
